January 3, 2023Permanent water meter expected to be installed in early February. TNB is process of installing individual meters. CCC inspections is targeted this month. The appointed Property Manager, Messrs Total Property Management Sdn Bhd have started works and preparing for VP this month. The site team is supervising unit by unit defects rectification works.
