March 2023 - Site Progress

The Project was deemed completed on 27 March 2023 with the issuance of the Certificate of Completion and Compliance /Borang F. This signifies the completion of the Project after trying times dealing with the Covid19 pandemic, manpower shortage, rising material costs and numerous last minute compliances. We would like to thank all our purchasers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, partners and associates for their patience and continuous support.

February 2023 - Site Progress

Permanent water meter finally installed on 28 February 2023 after weeks of waiting. Individual electricity meters have been installed by TNB. The CCC inspection is expected to be carried out soon. Site team continues to rectify defects.

January 2023 - Site Progress

Permanent water meter expected to be installed in early February. TNB is process of installing individual meters. CCC inspections is targeted this month. The appointed Property Manager, Messrs Total Property Management Sdn Bhd have started works and preparing for VP this month. The site team is supervising unit by unit defects rectification works.

December 2022 - Site Progress

Physical pipe works for incoming water supply from Jalan Duta completed. Contractor now working on fulfilling all prerequisites for permanent water meter by this month. This is affecting the CCC for the project as permanent water supply is required for testing and authorities' clearance letters. Electrical installations are undergoing testing and commissioning this month. Workers are now rectifying defects identified by site team and cleaning up and maintenance works are ongoing.

November 2022 - Site Progress

Approval procurement to commence incoming main water supply works delayed due to GE15. Works is now expected to start only in 1st half December 2022. Final testing of M&E equipment such as air conditioning system, fire protection system, lift system, card access and others are being carried out. Contractor is also rectifying defects identified by the Developer and cleaning up all units. Wardrobe installation and completion delayed by manpower issues.

October 2022 - Site Progress

TNB substation finally energised end October 2022 while individual meters will be installed in November 2022. Contractor awaiting go ahead to install incoming water supply from authorities. Completed units are being cleaned and touched up for CCC soon. Upgrading of lifts' lobbies at developer's costs ongoing to further improve the development.

September 2022 - Site Progress

Perimeter fencing at the north boundary is completed and the south boundary is in progress. Carpark markings LG 1 & LG 2 to complete early Oct. TNB account opened while still sorting out water connection issue with Air Selangor.

August 2022 - Site Progress

TNB's works for the substation completed while water connection approval is in progress. Strata titles have been issued. Perimeter fencing is ongoing and physical works are expected to complete by end Sep 2022.

July 2022 - Site Progress

Block A lifts have been inspected and approved by the authority in July, 2022 while Block B’s lifts are pending authority's inspection.  The roof structure for the main entrance and gym are in progress. TNB is expected to complete its works by end August 2022 while waterworks is awaiting authority's tapping approval. Main contractor is focussing in finishing the internal works.

June 2022 - Site Progress

Testing and commissioning for passenger lifts in Block A completed and in progress for Block B and awaiting authority's inspection in July 2022. Slight delay in TNB installing its equipments in the substation.

May 2022 - Site Progress

Main entrance road, kerbs and main drain have been completed. Water bulk meter is ready for connections while TNB is expected to complete substation works by end June.

April 2022 - Site Progress

The tower crane has been removed. The electrical substation has been handed over to TNB for the installation of the substation equipment while the water bulk meter installation is in progress. The onsite Show Unit was opened for viewing too with Janine as the interior decorator.

March 2022 - Site Progress

The main entrance works are in progress. Internally, the units are currently being fitted with the quality sanitary wares and fittings.Testing and commissioning of passenger lifts are underway. The Show Unit is targetted to be open this month.

February 2022 - Site Progress

The shorter February month with CNY and FT Day holidays reduced the number of working days this month. Block B's external plastering is in the advance stage while the internal plastering and tiling works are on-going.. The ID works to the Show Unit on the Ground Floor of Block B will be completed for viewing in March, 2022. The designer courtyard is progressively taking shape with the planting of trees.

January 2022 - Site Progress

The contractor has commenced work on the Guard House and the service entrance at the rear. Block A is in the advance stage of completion. Works on the internal road and drainage are expected to be completed this month.

December 2021 - Site Progress

The wet season in December is slowing down works on site and the main contractor have put in measures to mitigate the unexpected heavy rain. Landscaping works have commenced.

November 2021 - Site Progress

Painting works on the external walls of Block A is ongoing. The gym & sauna block is currently underway with the brick works in progress too. Water proofing works for the courtyard, the planter boxes and half Olympic size pool are progressing well. Landscaping works is targetted to commence in December 2021. Getting additional workers remains the main obstacle of the main contractor and its subcontractors with nationwide shortage.

October 2021 - Site Progress

Klang Valley have moved to Phase 4 of the National Recovery Plan on 18th October 2021.  The roof water proofing and water tightness test for Block A is currently underway. The internal and external wall plastering works of both the Blocks are in progress. Lift cars and lift motor installation for Block A in progress while in Block B, setting out works for installation is ongoing.  Tiles and timber flooring works for the units have commenced.

September 2021 - Site Progress

Klang Valley will move to Phase 3 of the National Recovery Plan on 1st October, 2021. The main contractor has obtained approval to recommence works on 7th September, 2021. The construction has reached the roof of both Block A & B. Plastering works of internal and external walls of both walls are in progress. Most of the plastered ceiling works for the units are well in progress with tiling works to commence in October 2021.

August 2021 - Site Progress

Klang Valley is still under 1st phase of the National Recovery Plan.More economic sectors have been allowed to reopen since 16 August, 2021. The main contractor is awaiting official approval to reccommence works. Meanwhile the site workers continue to carry out housekeeping works such as debris disposal, general cleaning and mosquitoes fogging. About 72% of the main contractor’s work force is fully vaccinated and another 16% has been given the first dosage.

July 2021 - Site Progress

Kuala Lumpur and Selangor are currently under 1st phase of the National Recovery Plan. There was no physical works on site. The workers are restricted to carrying out housekeeping works like debris clearance, general cleaning and mosquitoes fogging. The main contractor has obtained vaccination appointments for 90% of their work force and awaiting vaccination.

June 2021 - Site Progress

The Government announced a Full Movement Control Order (FMCO) from 1 June to 28 June 2021 and thereafter the country is now on the 1st phase of the National Recovery Plan. Works virtually came to a standstill at the project site. During the month of June, the main contractor has arranged Covid19 swab tests on site for its workers and all were tested negative. It was only able to conduct housekeeping works such as debris clearing and cleaning, mosquitoes fogging and delivery of building materials only.

May 2021 - Site Progress

Full Lockdown MCO announced by Government from 1 to 14 June 2021.This will affect all sectors including our project site. External brickwork completed for Block B. The external wall plastering has commenced for Block B while internal wall plastering works for both blocks and the common areas are in progress. The floor screeding has started on the ground level of Block B.Installation of plastered ceiling frame works is underway too.

April 2021 - Site Progress

The Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) has again been extended to 17th May, 2021. External brickworks completed for Block A and has reached Level 9 for Block B. Wall plastering works is ongoing for both blocks, common area including the car park floors. Doors and windows frames are in place for Level 1 of Block A and have reached Level 7 in Block B. The lift installation for Block A is in its final stages of completion while the installation of the lifts’ guide rail for Block B is currently underway. Works on the project’s fire protection system is in progress and the wet riser pump in Block B has been successfully installed.

March 2021 - Site Progress

The Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) has been extended to 14th April, 2021. Brickworks and M & E works are progressing to Level 2 for Block A while in Block B, it has reached Level 8. Internal plastering / skim coatwork has commenced in both blocks including the common areas. Setting up for lifts installation is currently underway. The fire protection system and cabling works in TNB substation are completed awaiting inspection from the authority.

February 2021 - Site Progress

The Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) has been extended to 4th March, 2021. The structural works for Block A has reached the roof level while for Block B, it has reached Level 10. Brickworks and M & E installations are well in progress. Request was made to TNB to brighten up Jalan Bukit Ledang from Jalan Duta to the site and TNB responded by cutting overhang branches immediately.

January 2021 - Site Progress

All states except Sarawak are now under Movement Control Order (MCO) until 4th February, 2021. Structural works on Block A has reached the roof level while that of Block B has reached Level 9. Brickworks and M& E installations have reached Level 5 for Block B. Structural works for designer courtyard is in progress. Lifts have arrived in Port Klang and most of them have been transported to site.

December 2020 - Site Progress

The CMCO has been further extended to 14 January 2021 for Wilayah Persekutuan. Site construction works have reached Level 3 for Block A and Level 8 for Block B respectively. Brickworks and plastering have commenced and the imported lifts have arrived in Port Klang.

November 2020 - Site Progress

The CMCO has been further extended to 6th December, 2020 and the Government also announced the testing of all foreign workers beginning 1 Dec 2020. Structural works for Block A and Block B have reached Level 2 and Level 5 respectively.

October 2020 - Site Progress

The Government has imposed Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) for 2 weeks beginning October 13th and has extended it to November 9th. The Main Contractor continues to adhere to the strict SOP of the CMCO .Construction of structural works for Block A is progressing well at Ground level while Block B has reached Level 3.The Temporary Measures For Reducing The Impact of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID19) Act2020 was gazetted on 23 Oct 2020 to reduce the impacts of the pandemic on those affected.

September 2020 - Site Progress

Superstructure works on site progress smoothly. The structural framework for the ground floor units are in the advanced stage of completion. The main contractor has been imposing strict SOP on their workers before allowing them on the site.

The RMCO has been extended to 31st December, 2020 and the Main Contractor is trying to catch up during this period as strict SOPs have to be adhered to

June 2020 - Site Progress

The Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) has been extended to 31st August, 2020 and construction works on site have resumed and progressing well with ample manpower

May 2020 - Site Progress

The Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) has been extended to 9th June, 2020. The Government has made it mandatory for foreign workers to be tested for Covid19. The test was conducted on 17th May, 2020 and all foreign workers tested negative on 28th May, 2020. All consultants, subcontractors and suppliers must also submit proof of negative Covid19 tests before being allowed into the site.

April 2020 - Site Progress

Even under MCO, the Main Contractor has been diligently checking on the health of workers at site daily. They have obtained approval to start work from MITI on 18th April, 2020 and the Group obtained its approval on 27th April, 2020.
